 4. Data Retention

We will store and retain your data for as long as possible until this Agreement terminates or is deleted at your request.

The user data we collected above is stored and encrypted in our servers located in United States of America(“USA”) or Singapore.

In the case you request to remove or delete your personal data, we will retain your data as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and/or enforce the agreements between us.

Please note that the removal or deletion of any of your data may result to the termination of some of our applicable services.

We will only store your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information is collected and processed or — where the applicable law provides for longer storage and retention period — for the storage and retention period required by applicable law. After that your personal data will be deleted, blocked, or anonymized, as required by applicable law.

As a result of deleting all your personal data, you will lose access to our services including game-related information linked to your account. You should clearly know that once your personal data is deleted, with today’s technology, we cannot restore it.

*For Brazil residents, we will respond to your requests concerning right to access in 15 days, and other requests immediately. In case an immediate response is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons that prevent the immediate adoption of the measure.
